1. Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days within the United States. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Where do you ship from? We partner with premium suppliers like Trendsi to offer the latest fashion. To ensure the fastest delivery, most of our items are shipped directly from warehouses located within the United States.

Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

2. Orders & Tracking

How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please email us at support@koiboni.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date.

How do I start a return? To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@koiboni.com with your order number. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and the return shipping address.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Sizing & Products

How do I choose the right size? Sizing can vary between different styles. We provide a specific Size Chart on every product page to help you find the perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Are the product colors accurate? We make every effort to display our product colors as accurately as possible. However, please note that actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or screen settings.

5. Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as secure checkout options via PayPal and Shop Pay.
