Thank you for choosing Koiboni. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

To keep things simple for our customers, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Cost

  • Free Standard Shipping: FREE for all orders, with no minimum purchase.

3. Order Processing & Transit Time

Our goal is to get your order to your doorstep as fast as possible. Please note the following timeframes:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time)
  • Order Handling Time: 2 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday)
  • Transit Time: 5 – 8 business days (Monday – Friday)

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7 – 11 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order here at any time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Method

All orders ship from our United States facility via our standard shipping partners (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), selected based on your delivery location and the size of the package.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at support@koiboni.com within 12 hours of placing your order, as set out in our Refund & Return Policy. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the order.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged item or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@koiboni.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items or a full refund, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
