At Koiboni, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email).
3. Return Process

Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Defective or Wrong Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, Koiboni will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Damaged, Wrong Products, or Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email if the refund was approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
8. Non-Returnable Items
